Prior to forming Abraham & Zoticus, PC, David served in multiple capacities. Following law school he practiced law as a deputy district attorney and then as a business litigation attorney in a mid-sized corporate law firm in Fresno, California. From 1997 to 2008 David took a hiatus from the practice of law so that he could serve as chief administrative officer and teacher of a K-12 private school during its formative years and while his children were in school. As Administrator, David managed the growth of the school from approximately 80 to 200 students. In 2008 he re-entered the practice of law initially as a business litigation associate in a small practice in Salem, and then as a family law specialist for St. Andrew Legal Clinic in Oregon City and Hillsboro.
